London has a wealth of eating opportunites for travellers and again there really is something to suit all tastes and budgets ranging from cutting edge celebrity restaurants to the traditional East End 'Pie and Mash' shops.

In the space of a few days you can go on a real gastronomic journey and experience cuisine as diverse as Italian, Thai, vegetarian, pub grub, Caribbean and American. Again prices will vary but you can eat for as little as a few pounds if you're on a budget.

While in London some of the places you may want to try include 'Sea Shell', one of the best fish and chip shops in London, 'Tamarind', a top Indian eatery, 'The Place Below', where vegetarian food is served to a very high standard indeed and lastly 'Wagamama', a great fun Japanese noodle bar in the heart of London's Covent Garden district.

London's restaurants really do deserve the praise which they now receive and will form a key part of any travellers holiday.
