It couldn't be easier for the tourist to get about in London right from the moment they land at one of the four main airports, Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton and Stanstead, to the moment you leave.
Public transport in London is fast, reliable and cheap however you choose to get around, be it the underground train system known as 'The Tube', the famous red buses, Londons 'Black Cabs' or the overland train.
Slightly different ideas for getting around include the various 'river buses and taxis' which wizz up and down the River Thames, hiring a bike, or walking as thousands of Londoners do.
Aside from this you may want to rent a car to get you about especially if you want to see some of London's outer reaches or plan to travel on from London to one of the UK's other tourist areas.
However you choose to get about there's no excuse not to get out there and see all that London has to offer.
